Steve, Koji & Chef Mike at Home in Maine

​ABOUT CHEF MIKE FENNELLY

I have served as an Executive Chef since my time at SANTACAFE in Santa Fe. my journey includes owning and leading kitchens at MIKE'S ON THE AVENUE in New Orleans, MIKE'S ON POST and MECCA in San Francisco, KIAKODO in Hawaii, OHIA in New Orleans, VICTORS in Provincetown, and now WABICAFE in our garden at home in Maine. Although I didn't attend culinary school, my education at Parsons School of Design in Manhattan has significantly influenced my culinary career. I have designed the interiors, graphics, and menus for all my restaurants, created wall art, and even painted neck ties for the staff, alongside numerous creative community projects. My passion for food and art continues to thrive. - Chef Mike

ABOUT KOJI 

Koji is our rescue puppy from Texas, he is our chief taster and best friend. Koji is a character in a Japanese film, and a Japanese condiment & marinade derived from sake we use it all the time it makes everything taste better as does COOKING with my buddy KOJI!
